6-star packaging (some people whose name evokes a large river might take inspiration from this); customer service not contacted but excellent website; one star less on the merchandise because of a large scratch which doesn't bother me but which would have needed a good sanding for decorative use.
Products Tops. Site not good, required a call to unlock account... Hard to understand. Customer service not always accessible. Quite long lead times, and not always in line with what is advertised by customer service. We come for the products, which are of good quality and perfectly packaged, at least in our past experience.

I really appreciated the emails and sms that allowed me to track the product, date and time to my door. I would like to express my complete satisfaction.
On the whole, it's in order. Small burr on the cutout, but nothing to worry about 🙁 Very good packaging. Too bad the tracking number isn't in the space 😉

A technician called me back the next day and corrected my file so that I could place my order. I received the order and it's perfect. Thank you so much!
