My order dated 30/04 is still being prepared, despite the claims of the customer service department, which had promised me delivery ex works on 14 May. We're a long way from an 8-day delivery time. As it is, I cannot recommend John Steel.

There's a surplus of orders, a shortage of materials, and the absence of certain key members... there are many factors. To date, we can guarantee that we are doing our utmost to smooth the flow of orders and are optimizing production to resolve the situation.
