The time slot provided by Geodis was not respected and I was not informed that the driver would not come. I called Geodis who told me that they did not have the parcel on the local platform (I confirmed the slot proposed on the site the day before). The parcel was delivered later without me being informed and was left on the premises of our site, on a sidewalk. It could have been stolen.

Always very satisfied. But the shipping price should be the right one on the price calculator on the site, which is different from the one indicated when ordering.

The parts were missing a little deburring after cutting. They're really rough. What's more, I think the laser or waterjet is very powerful for small parts. Otherwise, the delivery time is good, and the online service is nice and practical. The price seems right too.

Manufacture of a 225mm diameter 6mm thick aluminum disc for sander with dust evacuation holes. Very nice part, precise quotation, good finish. In the end, it was more solid and less expensive than the original part. Very happy, thank you 😉
