Excellent product quality, but I can't get the app to work. The lamps are correctly paired via Bluetooth, but the app can't find them using the "search" function.
I was looking for a lamp that didn't require an electrical connection and didn't run on batteries. Batteries always have a limited life and changing them means unhooking the board, which I wanted to avoid. This rechargeable battery model is perfect. Thanks to the magnetic cable, you can recharge the battery while leaving it in place, without having to manipulate the board. The length of the cable (2.5 m) makes it easy to reach an electrical outlet. The lamp's functions are perfect: lighting is only triggered if the lamp detects a presence, thus saving battery life. When it starts flashing, it's time to recharge. The lamp is unobtrusive, easy to aim and sufficiently powerful, while respecting the painting as it is UV-free and does not cause overheating. The after-sales service is very attentive to customer needs (I exchanged a lamp that I wrongly thought was faulty: in fact I hadn't connected the battery properly!) I recommend this lamp, which adds a lot of presence to a picture, for a reasonable price.

The product meets my expectations exactly. The support (e-mail or telephone) is efficient, and the team is ready to develop its products according to specific needs. The lighting is well distributed, even on relatively large surfaces (paintings, photos...), and the color temperature is just right for photos. For small sculptures, the orientation of the lamp can be optimized at will... I'd recommend it.
