However, being a small company, we can hardly reduce our shipping costs any further, as we are also dependent on the rates imposed on us by the carriers, unfortunately. I haven't received my parcel so I can't judge the quality of the products. I can only say that customer service is anything but responsive and that the least they could have done would have been to either refund my money or send me back the 2 balls I ordered. Very disappointing and not very commercial.
