I am not unhappy with La Plantation but with your choice of courier for the UK - Royal Mail Parcel Force. USELESS!! According to their tracking info, my package has been at their Coventry depot since December 3rd without anything happening. Impossible to contact them or to know what the problem is. Naturally, this negatively impacts you.
