I'm not entirely satisfied, but I don't doubt the product's value. It's pleasant, but it doesn't meet my expectations for my lower back pain; it has little effect. As for the other two products for nails and cramps, I'm also a little disappointed, especially with the one for cramps, as the nail product probably needs more time. Nevertheless, I'll probably order some massage gel again soon.

Response from Laboratoire PRONATUR
Hello Christiane, thank you for your feedback on our product. We are sorry that the massage gel was not effective for your lower back pain. We recommend consulting a specialist to find a solution suited to your situation. As for the other products, it can indeed sometimes take a little time to see results. Please keep us updated on your progress. We hope to see you again among our customers soon. See you soon! The PRONATUR team.
