Hello, Like other reviews, huge disappointment as the brand has a good reputation. A waffle maker that is only a month old is cracking at the joint. Customer service insists it is not covered by warranty. Strong coffee but okay. And announces a plastic part for €50 to proceed with the repair (thankfully, they offer the labor). Add to that the shipping and return costs of €30 and... Ta-da: it's better to buy a new device (with -15% right now, it's the same price). Oh no, it's even cheaper because at that price you get a set of plates from the old device... a set that is sold for €50! We're walking on our heads.

One star because we cannot give less... This is our second purchase, Lagrange was synonymous with quality and durability for us, what a disappointment!!! Upon receiving our order (which was supposed to be a Christmas gift), we had the unpleasant surprise of discovering a raclette service in deplorable condition, one wonders if we were really sent a new device?! The packaging and protections were intact, so it is not a delivery problem. The cooking plate is scratched, the cooking stone is damaged in two places, small broken pieces of plastic floating at the bottom of the box, the heating plate is deformed and touches the plastic base (super dangerous!), all these defects must have been present before shipping... In short, unacceptable and disrespectful towards customers, especially given the price!! Of course, we sent an email to customer service as soon as we received the order to request a return and a refund, but we are still waiting for their response for 2 weeks... To date, still no solution!! This confirms the little consideration regarding customer satisfaction, in short, run away!

This is the 2nd time I order a Lagrange waffle maker. The 1st time model Super2, my waffle maker fell about 5cm, it completely broke at the handle, I really had a bitter taste because for the price I didn't think a small fall could put it in such a state. Considering it was my fault, I bought another waffle maker 2 years later. The 2nd waffle maker model Premium this time, I wanted to take what I considered to be the most qualitative. The package arrived and how to explain... The waffle maker was literally and almost a midnight game in 100 pieces inside. The package had obviously been mishandled but again, I don't understand how it could end up in such a state. I returned the product and got a refund. I will turn to another Belgian brand known for its robustness because at over 100€, we expect the product to be at least sturdy. Putting heavy cast iron plates on fragile plastic supports is really not wise especially at the price we pay.

I have received no response. As for the return of my waffle maker which was damaged due to transport, because the carriers are very rough, Mrs. Ingrid sent me the return label, but I want to be sure that she sends me a brand new one, not a refurbished one.
