First, we had an issue with the fixation of the resistance of our device... and then we thought "Oh wow... what will customer service say..." and well, they were top-notch!!! Device changed without fuss! Quick and efficient! Bravo and thank you!!! Our raclette device is superb! (And yes, not everyone can say that...) The ceramic pans are super practical for us who wanted to eliminate Teflon! You are the only ones to offer an alternative to this day! A thousand thanks!

Hello Regarding the order and the shipping I take away one star because I ordered the waffle maker on 28.12.2025 to receive it on 7.01.2026. No information on the site that it would not ship between December 28 and 2.01.2026. I had to call several times on January 5 to finally reach the person in charge of shipping. She had difficulty telling me that my waffle maker would be sent on the 5th, so the day of my call. I finally received it on January 7, 2026. I tried them the same day and regarding the device nothing to say it is perfect. Perfect Belgian waffle and top croque monsieur.
