I like buying LAGRANGE products because I find the quality is good which may explain why the prices are a bit higher than the competition. But it's hard to compare. I have bought 8 LAGRANGE products to date and I am very satisfied. The site is simple and for me, picking up the package at a pickup point suits me very well.

Problem encountered with a product whose box was empty as well as a cardboard package (sending a replacement product) whose edge was completely torn and was reinforced by the post. Mechanical accident or malicious opening? Attention to logistics.

Order not received and Lagrange does nothing but copy/paste the status in preparation from the post as if I were an idiot... Maybe they will realize there is a problem when they see they are asking for my opinion on an order not received and indicated as in preparation for delivery for several days....
