Hello Regarding the order and the shipping I take away one star because I ordered the waffle maker on 28.12.2025 to receive it on 7.01.2026. No information on the site that it would not ship between December 28 and 2.01.2026. I had to call several times on January 5 to finally reach the person in charge of shipping. She had difficulty telling me that my waffle maker would be sent on the 5th, so the day of my call. I finally received it on January 7, 2026. I tried them the same day and regarding the device nothing to say it is perfect. Perfect Belgian waffle and top croque monsieur.

Very efficient device, quality packaging. A downside regarding the speed of shipping as the order was placed with the official supplier (order placed on 28/12, received in pickup on 09/01).

Wonderful! Quick plate changes, fast heating, sound and light indicators... a real comfort compared to my previous little waffle maker. Hello, after several exchanges and mishaps (package blocked by the carrier), I was able to receive the ordered product, thanks to the Lagrange sales team and their professionalism. Unfortunately, the lid of the pizza oven was slightly dented! We had to disassemble and straighten it. But it works perfectly.

To complement the waffle maker, I bought the plates for paninis and I am really satisfied. The quality is on point, nothing sticks to the plates during cooking. Maintenance and washing after use is very simple. I must also say that the waffle maker is really great. I have had others before from other brands, but Lagrange is clearly above. I really recommend this brand.

Good product. However, no communication regarding the tracking of the package, no information on its departure date. Package arrived very late due to Colissimo issues, no reaction when I reported the good delivery.
