Upon delivery, the products were damaged upon unpacking. A bit complicated to reach customer service by phone. The return of the products went well, but upon receiving the new products, some accessories were missing and they were damaged. I contacted customer service again and they sent the product which I received in good condition. I had chosen the fast delivery option and all in all, it took 2 weeks to receive the products in good condition, so I am very disappointed.

The product was insufficiently packaged and arrived completely damaged. Not very professional, and moreover the carrier does not want to take any responsibility.

Perfect, don't change anything

I had a Lagrange waffle maker that made delicious waffles. It served me well for 20 years. I replaced it last year and of course, I bought another Lagrange. I am delighted, especially since it has multiple plates. I just received my yogurt maker and I've already made 2 batches of yogurt. Delicious. Next purchase will be a Lagrange kettle and very likely a plancha. I am thrilled with Lagrange products for their robustness and ease of use.
