The sandwich plates are impeccable and the waffle pick is too.
The waffle maker and the different non-stick plates are of very good quality. One area for improvement: designing packaging that allows for better protection, storage, and organization between uses. That would be a plus in excellence.

Everything went well on the ordering site, but after the package was sent via Colissimo, the tracking emails ended up in the spam folder. My package almost went back to the sender because I didn't see the email that it had indeed arrived since it was in my spam.

We chose the Lagrange waffle maker for its quality of manufacturing made in France. We are very satisfied, the only downside is that it takes a bit long to heat up. But top quality, I recommend ++++
