Everything is great, and the support is available for questions with quick answers. What should not be neglected, especially regarding the products, is the sustainable repairability and availability of spare parts, as well as the 2-year warranty that is legally provided in France, which can be extended by another year by the manufacturer upon device registration. One would like to call out to German providers, why does this only happen under legal pressure and not voluntarily? A clear sign that voluntariness does not work and that the complaints about too much bureaucracy are largely just pretextual claims!
