Yes, I did receive my order but I find it unacceptable that a company like LAGRANGE cannot provide spare parts within three months. This part is fragile, it's the second time I am changing it.

After 20 years and 3 repairs, my waffle/sandwich maker has definitely given up. I went back to the same model because I am very happy with this brand, already used by my mother and grandmother.
