Hello, I am very satisfied and the customer service is great. I ordered a waffle maker but during the holiday period, the pickup point was overwhelmed and the post office left the package far from my home for 3 days and I couldn't retrieve it. Regarding the material: choice, accessories, price, and quality are impeccable. However, the delivery turned out to be chaotic, and customer service was completely off the mark. Either they didn't take the time to read my messages properly, or it's from a platform abroad where the responses are incongruous. Without this negative point regarding delivery/customer service, Lagrange deserves 5 stars. The waffle iron is of good quality, works very well, and the price (iron + 2 sets of plates) is very interesting, better than on other sales sites.
