This is a good raclette appliance. It heats up quickly and the stone is very practical for grilling small vegetables or meat. I always recommend Lagrange products made in France. You are never disappointed.

Well received the plates for croque monsieur, however a bit surprised not to have any recipe on the preparation and realization of the product with different variations. Fortunately, my wife has culinary skills that can compensate for your oversight.

First use with aluminum plates. Perfect! Does not stick, waffles crispy and fluffy in the center if you respect a cooking time of about 4 minutes. Easy to use.
