Why not indicate on the product that these are half waffles and that for the croques it's the same thing. You need to order 2 croque monsieur plates, the neutral plates are useless, we already have them in the original product.
A bit expensive and no notice to indicate that the package has arrived at the pickup point
Very disappointed with the services, item arrived damaged, not even a small apology from customer service, I was simply informed that the spatula rest which was shattered into pieces on the crepe maker upon opening the box will be sent to me hoping that this time there will be no issue. Replacement is one thing but I think at the very least, we should expect apologies in such cases, and not just hello what is your address?... This does not make me want to order again at all.
As much as I was very satisfied with the product (toaster), the customer service leaves much to be desired... A week after my order (paid), nothing, no shipment, no contacts, nothing... I send an email, and a lady responds to me saying this: "Part of the staff was on vacation, why, are you in a hurry, is it an emergency?" Response: No, not especially, but when my money was debited (instantly), I appreciate receiving quickly, or at least being kept informed. The lady seemed surprised...
Disappointed with my order
Delivery was late. I did not receive my order on the expected date. Given the condition of the received package, you have shortcomings in packaging. Communication with your customer service was completely inappropriate, teach them to form sentences and respond to your customers' questions/requests.
The blender looks great and matches the description... but since despite our choice of 'express delivery' we received it 3 days late, we couldn't give it to its recipient... it's impossible to give a technical review on it before September now... and we are very disappointed with the delivery performance!
Does not work on iPad
No difficulties but one piece of information seems a bit hard to see and I made an additional purchase that I could have avoided. I feel like I got a bit tricked.

Simple to use site, sober. Fast shipping. However, the box of the device was not secured in the shipping carton. Given the weight of the raclette device, the shipping carton was very damaged upon receipt. Big issue with the packaging...
Refurbished product at a very attractive price but the stone is damaged
It seems that I received a refurbished plancha. The stainless steel is stained and the utensil bag is cut, it got a big cut from a cutter even though the box was well sealed and not cut. I am very disappointed, it was a gift for my husband's birthday. I will not order from them again. Too disappointed.
Shipping costs are exorbitant, especially just to get some caps or other containers back.

Bought to replace the previous one that we broke, we are still very happy with it. However, it is regrettable that Lagrange refused to replace the basic waffle plate, forcing us to acquire a completely unusable duplicate (since we still have the originals) which we cannot resell or give away (since it is the one provided by default). In an ecological context of waste reduction and better resource use, this is really a shame.

Hello, yogurt maker lid too fragile, delivery times too long
Very damaged packaging, oversized box, so the box and the device's manual are also damaged. The power cord is not the original (in red) but a replacement cord.
The site is correct - The order went well, but the delivery date compared to your information was not respected, which means I paid for a chronopost for nothing and it is not cheap.
Quality of service is very, very average. Order placed on 26/12, shipped only on 3/01 while the product is in stock. So, I asked to change the delivery address before shipping, and I was told 2 days later that it was too late! The order had already been sent in the meantime. In short, not at all up to the quality of the products, it's a shame.
The delivery service needs improvement. Despite the extra fee paid for delivery in less than 5 days, the package arrived in 7 days and therefore not at the right place.

I ordered a Lagrange raclette machine via my company's site. The stone arrived broken. I then ordered a new stone but it arrived with a curious stain across the entire width of the stone, it looks like a manufacturing defect.

Payment for home delivery, the delivery person didn't even bother to come and directly dropped the package at the post office. I want to point out that on the day of my so-called delivery, I was at home and my intercom rings directly on my mobile phone. No wonder the post office continues to decline with such poor service quality.

Hello, We were surprised that the price offered on the Lagrange site is much higher than the same product found in stores. Moreover, the site indicates free shipping while it charges a fee of €2??? Complaint made and response was unconvincing. I find it unfortunate that the manufacturer does not offer the same prices as its distributors. Too bad!
Product received with more than 2 weeks delay....
Happy with my ice cream maker, which meets my expectations. However, I ordered a second bowl, which was delivered to me, but without a lid to close it. I find it a bit petty not to include the lid with the bowl. If I make 2 ice creams, 1 in each bowl, I can only close one bowl with a lid. It's a real shame...
It is not easy to find the references of the pans corresponding to the raclette machine.
