The delivery service needs improvement. Despite the extra fee paid for delivery in less than 5 days, the package arrived in 7 days and therefore not at the right place.

Long wait for delivery obtained after complaint
The yogurt maker order arrived in poor condition, probably due to a transport issue. Customer service is very responsive, I am waiting for the replacement part. Hence only 3 stars
Very long delivery and my package was open, cardboard torn. Not a good experience.
I ordered a Lagrange raclette machine via my company's site. The stone arrived broken. I then ordered a new stone but it arrived with a curious stain across the entire width of the stone, it looks like a manufacturing defect.

Payment for home delivery, the delivery person didn't even bother to come and directly dropped the package at the post office. I want to point out that on the day of my so-called delivery, I was at home and my intercom rings directly on my mobile phone. No wonder the post office continues to decline with such poor service quality.
Not all accessories are available
Hello, We were surprised that the price offered on the Lagrange site is much higher than the same product found in stores. Moreover, the site indicates free shipping while it charges a fee of €2??? Complaint made and response was unconvincing. I find it unfortunate that the manufacturer does not offer the same prices as its distributors. Too bad!
Product received with more than 2 weeks delay....
Happy with my ice cream maker, which meets my expectations. However, I ordered a second bowl, which was delivered to me, but without a lid to close it. I find it a bit petty not to include the lid with the bowl. If I make 2 ice creams, 1 in each bowl, I can only close one bowl with a lid. It's a real shame...
It is not easy to find the references of the pans corresponding to the raclette machine.

Ergonomic site, secure purchase and clear and regular notifications to follow the steps of the transaction. However, the delivery service leaves much to be desired: not delivered to the chosen relay point but to a different location, on the opposite side of the city, while 50 other closer points were available.
Difficult site to visit, not very clear / poor navigation
The website provides the expected services. The preparation time for the shipment seemed unusually long. (About 4 working days if I remember correctly) (the delivery then took place within a normal timeframe)

Very nice product I was unlucky with two ordered devices one was broken and the other a bowl was damaged. Very good responsiveness from customer service but it would be good if the products were well checked before shipping and the packaging lacks protection.
The product has not yet been tested.
Product poorly packaged: box shattered upon receipt... the device doesn't seem damaged: we will know more about its operation at Christmas since it's a gift...

Problem encountered with a product whose box was empty as well as a cardboard package (sending a replacement product) whose edge was completely torn and was reinforced by the post. Mechanical accident or malicious opening? Attention to logistics.
Fast shipping, but the box was open (???). Apparently, the tape used by the shipping service was not wide enough or there was a problem with the carrier. Everything arrived well, but this is quite disconcerting, a subject to check with Lagrange.
Accessory too expensive
Very satisfied with the product but not with the packaging for delivery. The box was torn on one side and was reinforced by the post. Heavy devices need to be secured for shipping. Fortunately, the waffle maker was not damaged.

I informed your Customer Service at Lagrange by email on 8/9. To this day, I have received no response from you nor the package. It's very concerning when can I expect to receive it

Shipping delays are too long...
Product returned at the beginning of August because delivered late. I informed them that I had purchased another more complete item from them in the meantime. Refund received on that day!!!! Shameful
Plancha "pro" Not very well designed. -no on/off switch; have to unplug it every time; if it's not very accessible, not easy -Miniature operating light, not visible outside. -Dangerous foot adjustment; if you try to position it a bit too high, the button with its screw comes out of its housing; a problem if the plancha is hot. Conclusion: very good cooking, but needs improvement on the functional side.
Very fast delivery but not corresponding to the order, lit plate and not the non-stick plates, error on the site the price paid corresponds to the non-stick plates. Excellent relationship with customer service, immediate return voucher, return by postal package on July 24 or 25, well before the mentioned closure, no news since.
The choice of the rating comes from the fact that the presented product is ultimately not compliant. see review below.
Easy and clear navigation, but not very satisfied with the product, namely the plancha.
Upon delivery, the products were damaged upon unpacking. A bit complicated to reach customer service by phone. The return of the products went well, but upon receiving the new products, some accessories were missing and they were damaged. I contacted customer service again and they sent the product which I received in good condition. I had chosen the fast delivery option and all in all, it took 2 weeks to receive the products in good condition, so I am very disappointed.
Do not buy refurbished
Website bug at the order, the product was mistakenly ordered twice due to this bug attributable to Lagrange.
Effort needed on the packaging: large box, the two small filters packed loosely in huge bubble wrap. It's average.
