The product is good but the presentations on the sites are complex. It is difficult on the Lagrange site to know the color of the waffle maker. It is also difficult to choose the waffle and waffle model and the color. As a result, I wanted a gray model and received a beige-sand product. Hence my disappointment and dissatisfaction..
Just a small downside regarding the protection during shipping as I have the crepe maker box that is damaged on a corner since it's for a gift, it's not great. Otherwise, overall navigation is fine and the order arrives quickly.
