Order and delivery OK. However, the plates chosen for the waffle maker stick: impossible to make waffles. What can we do? Best regards.
Thank you for your message and for your trust. The plates you mentioned are indeed without a non-stick coating, like our original models. To prevent the waffles from sticking, we recommend thoroughly greasing the plates before the first use, and then lightly before each batch (with a bit of oil or melted butter, for example).
After a few uses, a fine natural film will form, which will further improve the release.

This is really what I wanted! Solid intelligent made in France. The kettle is perfect and the blender super easy to maintain and really effective! Pure happiness!
I am very happy with the product, however you offer a 3rd year of warranty; I was not able to activate it on your site and when I called your secretary, she told me that I would be called about this and ... I am still waiting 😉
