Very disappointed with the services, item arrived damaged, not even a small apology from customer service, I was simply informed that the spatula rest which was shattered into pieces on the crepe maker upon opening the box will be sent to me hoping that this time there will be no issue. Replacement is one thing but I think at the very least, we should expect apologies in such cases, and not just hello what is your address?... This does not make me want to order again at all.

As much as I was very satisfied with the product (toaster), the customer service leaves much to be desired... A week after my order (paid), nothing, no shipment, no contacts, nothing... I send an email, and a lady responds to me saying this: "Part of the staff was on vacation, why, are you in a hurry, is it an emergency?" Response: No, not especially, but when my money was debited (instantly), I appreciate receiving quickly, or at least being kept informed. The lady seemed surprised...

Hello, I was very surprised to find that the burgundy spreading spoon was missing, it was not there I turned the boxes over and over and there was nothing and my invoice was not there either. A consultant replied to me by email saying that the invoice is on my account I found it, I did not know it was on my account and moreover the corner of the waffle maker is damaged due to transport. Ah I am really very very disappointed. Yet I love this waffle maker I already bought one from you a few years ago and now I bought another one I wanted a brand new one and it is damaged on the side due to transport I love this model so much and my sister, she loves it so much that I am going to give her the same one for Christmas from you. Reactivity to my request. Just a small downside..the site did not indicate its closure in August. I learned this through an email after my order. Fortunately, I was able to request an express delivery as soon as it reopened which I received quickly.

Very convenient to be able to reorder jars with or without lids. Very fast and careful shipping. The glass jars are very well protected. I also use the jars to bring meals to my daughter's daycare. They seal well and can be easily washed in the dishwasher.

Perfect for yogurts. Very easy to use, the yogurts are very good. But insufficient instructions for making cottage cheese! First attempt mega failed. It is indicated that the milk should be at 35°, should it be heated beforehand? (if yes, a yogurt thermometer is needed) or does the machine provide this heat right away? I regret the absence of an online recipe booklet on the site. Too bad! To make up for this lack, I had to order a book on cottage cheese from a bookstore.
