Super product. A bit expensive but this waffle maker with all the available plates is really very efficient. Where it took 3 minutes to cook croque-monsieur, it takes less than one.
I had ordered a Pro plancha model that was supposed to include a spatula and a special plancha recipe book, but I ordered and received a plancha that does not include this offer; a sticker was even stuck on the box that displayed the offer. Why did I not receive the offer in question? I don't know? I filed a complaint, and the response was that the reference of my plancha does not include the offer, yet when I placed my order, there were no other references!!? This will remain a mystery!

Very good product. The waffles are good. The soft or crispy function offers choice and the indicator light and beep allow for proper cooking. I do not regret my purchase. I would have just liked more information about the type of non-stick plates regarding their impact on health.
