Well, I am very disappointed, as I mentioned yesterday in various email exchanges with Mrs. Ingrid from customer service whom I contacted following the recommendations of Mrs. Marie. I have received no response. As for the return of my waffle maker which was damaged due to transport, because the carriers are very rough, Mrs. Ingrid sent me the return label, but I want to be sure that she sends me a brand new one, not a refurbished one. I paid to get a brand new one and she has not responded to me and I still have not received the Bordeaux spreader that was not included in my package. I also reported this to Mrs. Ingrid, she told me she would take care of it immediately but I have not received anything yet. So please, can you tell me if I can really return my waffle maker which is damaged in the corner due to transport and that you send me a brand new one? That was my question yesterday and I did not get a response. Thank you very much. Have a nice day. There was a lot of dust whereas when I ordered the waffle picker from Amazon, the pouch was transparent, shiny, and clean, not like the one you sent me which contained the mini waffles and mini tarts. I reported that too, it’s still strange. Thank you for your response, I hope to get an answer today because yesterday I waited and got no response from Mrs. Ingrid. It was radio silence. Plus, I love your waffle maker, I only find it with you and my sister also loves it and I promised to buy her one for Christmas. So please make an effort.

Very disappointed with the services, item arrived damaged, not even a small apology from customer service, I was simply informed that the spatula rest which was shattered into pieces on the crepe maker upon opening the box will be sent to me hoping that this time there will be no issue. Replacement is one thing but I think at the very least, we should expect apologies in such cases, and not just hello what is your address?... This does not make me want to order again at all.

Hello, I was very surprised to find that the burgundy spreading spoon was missing, it was not there I turned the boxes over and over and there was nothing and my invoice was not there either.
