I already own a yogurt maker from another brand, which was a gift and I am satisfied with it, but it only has a capacity of seven pots. I needed a second yogurt maker for another residence. I chose the Lagrange and I can only congratulate myself:
-its capacity of nine pots (1.5 liters of milk) is optimal for me
-its square design allows for easy storage
-the product is made in France
-I did a first test with 6 pots, 1 liter of milk and an Alsa ferment. I let it 'cook' for 13 hours. The result was perfect. Then I made the nine yogurts with the Lagrange natural yogurt ferment as well and 13 hours of 'cooking'. The result was also perfect. I specify that, each time, it was whole UHT milk used at room temperature.
I therefore highly recommend this product.
If I had to add a suggestion, it would be to provide lids with date indicators, to avoid exceeding the consumption limit. But that's a very small detail.
