Hello, I ordered on the site, apart from the premium waffle maker, plates that I thought were for making thin waffles and upon receiving my package, I realized that I had made a mistake. I sent an email and received a return label for the plates two days later. Once they are received by Lagrange, I will receive the correct plates. What efficiency, plus the exchange is free! Kudos to this company that knows how to take actions that retain customers. I am won over.
