The device was delivered slightly damaged. The back is bent/dented and the plate itself is not centered, but the right side is slightly raised.

Order received quickly, well packaged. The making of my first yogurts was perfect. Now let's see if the material will last over time. My first yogurt maker lasted 15 years and the second one 5 years!!! (They were from another brand). I chose Lagrange because it is made in France
