The order of 9 glass jars for the Lagrange yogurt maker was received as indicated. This allows me to use the yogurt maker regularly. I am satisfied with the whole.

Efficiency and professionalism, and very good human contact

I am very happy with the made in France device (an important criterion for me) that I purchased. Too bad there isn't a toaster also made in France.

The plancha meets my expectations in terms of cooking, sufficiently powerful and adapted to my way of cooking, too bad it doesn't ensure its self-cleaning 😉 ; The R&D service could develop a cover to use it as a meat & fish smoker, that could be nice; A link to keep the power cable in place during transport would be welcome.

Quality comes at a price, but it simplifies life... As soon as received, tried immediately with the provided recipes. A delight.

The donut pans are very good, the donut recipe too, but making bagels is not easy. It would be great to have a pan for 4 large donuts. Thank you and I am delighted with this product.

Good responsiveness from customer service

I already own a yogurt maker from another brand, which was a gift and I am satisfied with it, but it only has a capacity of seven pots. I needed a second yogurt maker for another residence. I chose the Lagrange and I can only congratulate myself: -its capacity of nine pots (1.5 liters of milk) is optimal for me -its square design allows for easy storage -the product is made in France -I did a first test with 6 pots, 1 liter of milk and an Alsa ferment. I let it 'cook' for 13 hours. The result was perfect. Then I made the nine yogurts with the Lagrange natural yogurt ferment as well and 13 hours of 'cooking'. The result was also perfect. I specify that, each time, it was whole UHT milk used at room temperature. I therefore highly recommend this product. If I had to add a suggestion, it would be to provide lids with date indicators, to avoid exceeding the consumption limit. But that's a very small detail.

Satisfied with my product. Proven quality as this is a second purchase following a misuse by my daughter. However, this product has really increased in price.

Very good! Fast shipping, quality material! A small downside for the churros plates: the indicated recipe gives a very thick dough that is very difficult to spread and the result is really disappointing...
