I appreciated the compatibility of the plancha and lid items, very easy to install. I was looking for a model that wasn't too bulky with a lid so I could use it indoors (works very well under the hood). Very happy to be able to have skewers on the menu! In the end, you can do a lot of things with a plancha. A little bit taken aback at first about the seasoning and then about cleaning on the first use but ultimately relatively simple to do. A good investment. I recommend.

I ordered the wrong item and I can't find how to return it. I didn't choose the right model for the Lagrange waffle maker. But otherwise, it was very quick and I am very satisfied with the model for grill/panini but it was my mistake for the mini waffles.

Identical design and just as robust and efficient as those of our parents (nothing to do with the low-cost consumer models sold at the lowest price). So nothing to report on my part (and long life to this Lyonnaise company).

Several negative points: - waffle cooking: they cook but do not brown and the cooking time is long - croque monsieur plates: the imprints are not the size of a standard slice of bread - machine volume: takes up a lot of space during cooking with the tilting system from one side to the other. A flipping system is much better. - cooking variation button (light - dark) in plastic does not seem very sturdy and is not precise ...

Lagrange is a recognized brand where you can normally find the missing parts. And now I learn that my waffle maker is an old version so it's impossible to order plates. I will have to buy the new version of the waffle maker, while I only want a set of plates. In conclusion, I will never buy Lagrange again, whatever the device, since it is impossible to obtain parts for the old version, plus the prices of your devices are still excessive so I thought the after-sales service would follow, which is not the case, so I would not recommend buying one of your devices to anyone.
