Very damaged packaging, oversized box, so the box and the device's manual are also damaged. The power cord is not the original (in red) but a replacement cord.

Most waffle maker accessories, notably the plates, are just below €50, the price at which delivery is free. Why not round up to €50 and benefit your customers with free shipping? We can understand the economic necessity, but €50 is already a significant amount, and you could, for example, cover 50% of the shipping costs instead of taking them entirely. Have a great day.
