Quality product, lacks a function to keep the waffle maker in a vertical position for optimal storage. Smooth purchase but be vigilant about the packaging or the carrier: my waffle maker is without any damage, neither aesthetic nor functional despite a well-damaged packaging box 😉

Satisfied with the purchase but I find the delivery pathetic. at a certain price. the delivery without a signature forces you to pick up the package at a relay point. and if you order a pizza oven... how to say, it's quite large to carry on foot in the city center... I find it shameful on the part of such a brand. In this case, offer the mondial relay or shop by chronopost relay points because at least, we can choose a relay point where we can park the car

This mode of distribution and the orientation towards a relay point or post office depend on the carrier and the delivery rules (such as delivery without a signature), and not directly from our brand... We do understand perfectly the constraint that this can represent, especially for bulky packages.

Waffle maker with aluminum plate. Order received quickly. Product conforms to the description, the plates do not stick. I followed the instructions, I made a mixture of oil and melted butter. My waffles were perfect. I recommend.

Satisfied, but when I placed the order I also wanted to take advantage of the offer on the pizza oven (€199). It was no longer available and had only been there during the visit to the site the previous weekend before my purchase. The duration of the offer was not indicated, or at least not clearly displayed. Otherwise, I would have ordered within the given timeframe... I cannot recommend enough to be very clear when displaying promotions to avoid disappointing your customers. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.
