I ordered a transparency raclette for 8 people on the site. The device arrived well, but in the pictures, I had seen white pans, and I received black pans..... So I asked if it was possible to exchange the pans? (New device, not used)... Response: no. You have to return the device and order a new one with white pans!... So, I ordered 8 white pans, which I received well..... I think a commercial gesture would have been nice, especially since I was willing to pay a supplement if necessary.... Too bad, but I will remember it.

Good product. The only small problem is the greasy water droplets that settle on the body of the device. I have an old model without electronic regulation or non-stick coating and the problem was the same.

PERFECT SKIR. Conclusion everything works wonderfully and without complicating life.

I have been a regular user of Lagrange products for many years and have never been disappointed with my purchase. This is the first time I am doing it online. Everything went well with the shipping. Since it is a gift for my granddaughter for Christmas, I haven't unpacked anything yet. We'll see at Christmas how the device I am giving her is.
