I ordered a waffle maker, the product arrived with a broken part (probably a problem during transport). I contacted customer service who responded within the day. Waffle maker returned at Lagrange's expense and exchanged in record time, in less than a week the new waffle maker was at my home. Never encountered such a responsive and efficient customer service, Lagrange is certainly a top company. And the product is just perfect.

Easy to use. The yogurts turn out well. I use 1 L of milk (instead of the recommended 1.5 L) because it's easier to measure and the size of the yogurt is closer to store-bought ones. I haven't tested the cheese-making mode yet.

The customer service is simply catastrophic and insulting. I received a defective machine for which I requested a replacement, and Lagrange simply sent me a machine whose stone was still dirty from previous owners, with protective film on the steel that fused with the base, making it impossible to remove, and exchanged the pots and power cable for cheap plastic copies from China. Who do they think they are fooling? Can customers be treated like this in 2023? This is a brand to avoid.

Ergonomic site, efficient delivery. The Lagrange Super 2 traditional waffle maker works very well. You quickly get the hang of it, and it's super easy to use. The cast aluminum plates do not stick: I only needed to oil them once to make 20 waffles. Top-notch! To my knowledge, this is the only waffle maker on the market offering plates without non-stick coating, thus without PFAS (PTFE, PFOA, etc.), which are eternal pollutants and ultra-toxic. Hello, We were surprised that the price offered on the Lagrange site is much higher than the same product found in stores. Moreover, the site indicates free shipping while it charges a fee of €2??? Complaint made and response was unconvincing. I find it unfortunate that the manufacturer does not offer the same prices as its distributors. Too bad!
