Hello, I was very disappointed regarding my penultimate order because the delivery times were really long. Usually, it goes much better. Nevertheless, it did not prevent me from placing another order.

I ordered 3 spreads and the 4th was free. I don't understand because the 4th does not appear in my order and I did not receive it. But I would have liked at least for them to give me the 4th and to point out my mistake. And no response from customer service!

I really love the spreads from the Comptoir de Mathilde because there is something for everyone. The little chocolates in the small boxes for the new year were also very good.

At Christmas, I was given a box of "Hazelnut Crunch Truffles" which were excellent. I then went to the website to order some, as well as spreads of different flavors. Everything is delicious!

I ordered spices that were supposed to arrive in the store, but it didn't happen, I contacted customer service who arranged everything, so nothing to complain about.
