Order delivered very quickly. Packed meticulously and with indecision. The same delicacy and service as in the boutique.

I have no doubts about the quality of the products I already know... But two items arrived in poor condition even though they were to be offered... Disappointing

Delighted with my order and the service. Just one star less for the not very eco-friendly packaging :-/

Delivery on time. However, disappointed with the delivery man who rang the bell and by the time he arrived had thrown the box over the fence and was no longer there. I hope I won't have anything broken when I open the children's chocolates.

I had a parcel sent to Metropolitan France, I myself live in Martinique; I was kept informed of the processing of my shipment throughout its journey. The parcel arrived at its destination in excellent condition. Perfect.

Nothing to complain about, except perhaps the lack of choice on certain items compared with the Tulette store.
