I am happy with the products and they are quite good. The problems I encountered were only technical. Some references were out of stock on Black Friday. I would have liked a bit more speed for the shipment of the package during Black Friday, but a week between the order and receipt is still acceptable. I would have liked to be able to contact customer service directly by phone instead of being forced to fill out a form and wait 2 days for a response. However, customer service provided a satisfactory answer to my problem.
