Although this cap is functional and sturdy, it may disappoint those, like me, who have sweaty or wet hands during a sports session; it will be more difficult to open the bottle, which can pose a practical inconvenience. I would have preferred to receive the one presented in the site description. The Dalí design of the product is perfect and super pretty, but the problem is the heat retention of the drink. For tea, water set at 100 degrees is just lukewarm 2.5 hours later. For a tea lover and the need for a good break to get back to work, it's disappointing.

I lost my water bottle recently. It was a gift from my children a few years ago, and I found the same one.

The ordered item has a defect making it unusable. I made a return request, which took more than a week to be accepted. However, the package must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. How to deal with such a response time? I am left with a paid unusable item. Customer service needs improvement.
