Customer reviews of LES ARTISTES PARIS

Very good experience. This is the second bottle I have, of very good quality.

Fast and efficient service. I am satisfied.

Product quality and delivery speed

Order shipped very quickly, package very well wrapped. However, at first glance, the print of the pattern (heart) is really not great at the joint, you can see the crease. And let's talk about the mug itself, I got wet trying to drink. After several attempts thinking I wasn't using it correctly, I finally understood that it was leaking. So it wasn't a problem on my part. I contacted customer service for a refund and I'm still waiting...

Ultra-fast delivery, quality product

Perfect and fast

Fast and careful shipping. Nice quality product

Perfect product and delivery

I ordered a cap on 4-03, I'm still waiting to be delivered, no update message on my order.

A good alternative to chemical products. Natural, healthy, and sustainable products.

Items conform to the description, fast delivery.

Delivery speed, excellent tracking, beautiful product matching my expectations and the photo. Product effectiveness. Top-notch! I recommend

Fast delivery, well packaged, conforms to the site

Order arrived very quickly!

Delivery is super fast. I am in a green transition and this brand is great, the fact that we can match our lunch box to our bottle is great. The products are of very good quality.

I am very satisfied with the can I bought because I find it much more practical than a bottle. But I am also a bit disappointed because this can only keeps water hot for 5 hours instead of 7 or 8 for a bottle. That's why I only gave 4 stars.

I still haven't received my order, I called DPD, they have the correct address, it's been 15 days now, I think you chose the carrier and you should call them

Clear site and fast and correct delivery

Very beautiful models. Fast delivery.

Quality products, with fast shipping and reception! Order placed in the morning and shipped in the afternoon. Thank you

It's a shame. They deliver a horribly poorly finished product. You have to wait hours to get a return slip! And on top of that, you have to pay return fees when they deliver you a defective product. Avoid.

Perfect! Fast and careful delivery!

Fast and efficient delivery.

I am delighted to have been able to change only the cap of my cans. Even though this item was out of stock for a long time

very good to do again another day

I received the parts quickly. However, the shipping cost is high.

Fast and careful

Order shipped quickly, sturdy box and nice packaging. I recommend this site

Super fast reaction

I was not notified of the availability of my package at the Relay point and I did not receive the pickup code. I emailed to find out where my package was so I could pick it up on time. The product itself (280ml bottle) meets my expectations perfectly, I particularly appreciate the small capacity, so the small size of the bottle.

The product does not meet my expectations at all. The ice bucket lunchbox is advertised to keep things warm for 12 hours, but we are far from that after only 5.5 hours. I am super happy with the thermos bottles I own (280, 500, and 750ml). They keep things cold and hot (coffee, herbal teas, soups...). But here, a big disappointment with the lunchbox that does not do its job at all

My first purchase from Les Artistes was a can-shaped bottle for my son. After borrowing it from him, I bought one for myself! The can shape is great, it really keeps things cold and it's very easy to drink from. I am a tea lover and wanted a travel mug for work; in terms of keeping warm, it's perfect, I put my hot tea in at 7:30 and I still drink it hot at 1 PM. However, I find that the flow is not great, sometimes the liquid doesn't come out, and if I tilt the mug more, it spills too quickly and overflows. Either I don't have the technique, or there's a defect, but I don't necessarily recommend the mug format. I think my next purchase will again be the can format. I will also test the lunchbox for my son who doesn't like to eat cold and for whom we always struggle when organizing a picnic or for school outings. If the heat retention is like the mug, the product will be great!

Delivered product as described. Very good quality. Nothing to complain about. Just a pity that the patterns are not available on all models.

The bottles are original (I bought 3 for each of my children). The delivery was super fast. I am delighted

My mug is beautiful and effective

Quality products

The mugs leak from the lid... not easy to drink without spilling everywhere. I will stick to the cans... Too bad I can't interchange the lids... Now I have 4 mugs that are useless. The quality of the cans made me invest in the mugs... Except that this time it's a big flop. Too bad! And the return policy is cumbersome! In short...
