Very pretty earrings! Many thanks as well for your prompt response to the problem with the carrier. You acted very quickly, even though it wasn’t necessarily Nicolettes’ responsibility to handle the situation. I’m delighted with my purchases, but also with the entire customer experience: from the products and the quality of the service to the team’s availability and professionalism. Many thanks for your reliability and support!
