I received my order well, however I am a bit disappointed because the tip of the heart of the adult pair was broken so a bit disappointed given the price of the earrings. But otherwise the packaging was great and the pair of children's earrings very pretty.

I am very disappointed: I was just about to contact your customer service because I ordered 1 pair for my daughter at Christmas and one of the 2 loops is not provided with sequins like the other. It leaves empty spaces as if something is missing and mismatches with the other loop. I could send you a photo if you wish.
