I bought the Nicolette earrings and am very satisfied with my experience. The first earring I received had a problem: the creole closed with difficulty. However, I contacted customer service and was pleasantly surprised by their responsiveness. In less than 15 minutes, I received a reply and they sent me a new pair of earrings, this time in a different color. I'd like to salute the professionalism of their customer service, which is truly exceptional. What's more, the earrings are beautiful and of excellent quality. I highly recommend them!
