Curious exchange with after-sales service. I didn't receive the bottle I ordered. They tried to make me believe that it was the same thing (I ordered a cider and received a mix of spirits...), then told me that the reference I ordered no longer existed and that I could choose another reference at the same price, before finally agreeing to refund me. I was not asked to return my product, but at no point did the after-sales service apologize or confirm their error. So I wasn't wronged, but I must admit I didn't find the exchange very commercial or diplomatic.
Our order was for 2 bottles of Whisky with maple syrup: Amazing! Really, my wife and I are so happy! And the 5-year-old is even better than the 12-year-old! Really good, we'll be back! Fast order, correct follow-up, we don't add ANYTHING 🙂 Bonne continuation!

Excellent maple syrup taste, you can taste the difference. As a maple syrup tester, I can vouch for the quality of the product. A little concern about the best-before date, but in Canada there is no best-before date.
