A negative point about the maple leaf cookies ordered individually. 8 out of 16 arrived crumbled.

I was not satisfied with my last order, the payment by bank transfer did not work well (except for the withdrawal from my bank account), however the processing of the order by the Erable treasury could only be done after sending an email requesting explanations about the non-processing of the order. Once the email was read, the order was shipped quickly.

I did not receive one of the products in my package... Despite my call and complaint on the site... I still have not received a response... We will attribute this to the summer... But I would like a response one day...
