My order was returned to the seller by DPD. Since then, I have contacted the seller several times, asking them to resend the order or refund my money. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from them at all. A parcel being returned by the delivery service can happen, but it is very disappointing that the seller then fails to respond or offer a solution.

Hello, I am absolutely dissatisfied with this order, placed on 26/07/2026, which included a pack of 5 boxes of Maple Celebration biscuits. When checking the products, I noticed that the date indicated on each of the 5 boxes was June 23, 2026. I therefore received biscuits in July 2026 whose date had already passed. These 5 boxes had been purchased as gifts. Obviously, it is impossible for me to give biscuits with an expired date as a gift. I therefore consider the product I received to be non-compliant, and I ask you to offer me a solution for the 5 boxes, either by replacing them with products that are still within their best-before date or, failing that, by issuing a full refund for the pack. I would like to point out that I do not wish to have to pay return shipping costs for a product that was sold to me after its date had already passed. Please let me know as soon as possible what you intend to do about this. Kind regards,
