The products are of good quality but when I received them I didn't receive my entire order. Of course, I didn't receive the gifts linked to the original amount either, and there was no commercial gesture even after a complaint. However I was missing an item (gift box charged 6 €) A message was made a week ago directly on the mailbox of their website to request the refund. I haven't heard back yet. Maybe they're overwhelmed with the holidays coming up, which I can understand. I hope to hear back from them.

Non-respect of the requested delivery location, the drop-off points for these parcels are overwhelmed and have little space, so you have to go to the ups warehouse, which is hard to find and difficult to access, and not near your home. I ordered salted butter caramel popcorns and they were all soft. I looked at the expiration date and it was October 2023 even though I placed my order on November 02, 2023. The other products have an expiry date of MA 2024 except for the chocolate/maple syrup cakes, which have no expiration date (not yet opened).
