However I was missing an item (gift box charged 6 €) A message was made a week ago directly on the mailbox of their website to request the refund. I haven't heard back yet. Non-respect of the requested delivery location, the drop-off points for these parcels are overwhelmed and have little space, so you have to go to the ups warehouse, which is hard to find and difficult to access, and not near your home.
