There was an item missing from the delivery package, I'm waiting for it to be sent back to me, everything else is OK.
Non-respect of the requested delivery location, the drop-off points for these parcels are overwhelmed and have little space, so you have to go to the ups warehouse, which is hard to find and difficult to access, and not near your home. Disappointed by this delivery. I will not repeat the experience.
My order is missing an item; I'm waiting to receive it before giving a positive or negative opinion.
I ordered 2 bottles and only received one. The other was out of stock, so I was refunded. The problem was that the product was listed as available on the website and no one contacted me to offer me a similar product or to confirm whether I still wanted to place an order. In the end, it was a surprise when I opened the parcel.
After being shunted between two relay points by UPS, I finally pick up my order and discover that it's incomplete. Given that it's for a Christmas present and I've had no response from the after-sales service, I'm really disappointed... It's a shame because your products are good! (As you're not responsible for UPS delivery problems, I'll leave you 3*)
This bottled Icewine could have been packed better. I did receive the bottle of Icewine in one piece but the lid came off the carrier that the Icewine was in. Sincerely.
1 packet of pancake flour burst in the parcel! It was everywhere.

We are told that delivery is free, which is not true. Delivery by UPS was a disaster, the parcel arrived in a pitiful state. No reaction from les trésors d'érable customer service.
Hello happy overall with my purchase except the delivery which these badly pass received 3 bottles on 5 of which one with a glare no commercial gesture of made for the moment.
Disappointed by the packaging. Given the price, a box would have been nice as well as a little note in the parcel, the invoice well positioned to avoid it being completely crumpled ... as is done by other exporters.

This site offers Canadian products but some are excessively expensive (eg: a jam at 10 €! 250g) they are certainly very good but it does not justify the prices.
I did not receive the correct article ordered but another which is less expensive than the price paid without any explanation. I made a complaint which has remained unanswered to this day.
The products I received are of good quality but I am missing an item that was invoiced to my order .... on the phone, by email or via Facebook posts it seems impossible to reach Céline... I am disappointed and I fear that I have paid for an item that I will never receive.
There was a beer broken into a thousand pieces. the inner box containing the beers was damp. the outer box was not damp.

I did receive my parcel, but it was 3 days late, which was annoying as it was a gift. I had ordered gift wrapping with a message which I paid 2€ for, but I didn't get it in my parcel...
I am disappointed with the products I bought and the delivery time was very long.
I ordered salted butter caramel popcorns and they were all soft. I looked at the expiration date and it was October 2023 even though I placed my order on November 02, 2023. The other products have an expiry date of MA 2024 except for the chocolate/maple syrup cakes, which have no expiration date (not yet opened).
My package arrived with half the maple syrup refill spilled. All other products were sticky. I sent you a complaint but you never responded!
I have not received the correct items and still have no reply to my complaint.

Hello, I have indeed received my order, with 2 disappointments, the 1st the 4 bottles of maple syrup in the shape of maple leaf which are "tiny" it is impossible for me to offer that to my friends and given the price, I should have taken the boxes, the 2nd, the batch of 5 boxes of maple leaf cookies, announced "celebration" and which are not, for the rest of my order is perfect. And what a pity that I received "no" reply from the Les Trésors d'Erable" site and so I'm going to wait a while to see if I get a reply before placing my new order.

I was very disappointed by the maple candles, which I'd already tried and whose fragrance was great (maple and walnut scented) and which this time turned out to have a very different, sweet, unpleasant smell. I was so pleased the 1st time that this time I ordered a whole bunch... which I really regret. It's the same brand, but I suppose the fragrance must be different depending on the maples chosen... Very disappointed in any case.
I did receive my parcel but no news of confirmation of purchase (never received an email following online payment) and no feedback following contact via the appropriate form and therefore no response to my request after more than a week. Clearly there aren't many people in the back office... Too bad for them, I wanted to have their wholesale price to maybe start a professional contact.

This is the second time I have received AMBRÉ maple syrup when I ordered DORÉ syrup. Each time, the label says DORÉ goût DÉLICAT but in the box the syrup is AMBRÉ goût PRONONCÉ. We can no longer ignore the reality of this anomaly.
