Hello, I have indeed received my order, with 2 disappointments, the 1st the 4 bottles of maple syrup in the shape of maple leaf which are "tiny" it is impossible for me to offer that to my friends and given the price, I should have taken the boxes, the 2nd, the batch of 5 boxes of maple leaf cookies, announced "celebration" and which are not, for the rest of my order is perfect. And what a pity that I received "no" reply from the Les Trésors d'Erable" site and so I'm going to wait a while to see if I get a reply before placing my new order.

I was very disappointed by the maple candles, which I'd already tried and whose fragrance was great (maple and walnut scented) and which this time turned out to have a very different, sweet, unpleasant smell. I was so pleased the 1st time that this time I ordered a whole bunch... which I really regret. It's the same brand, but I suppose the fragrance must be different depending on the maples chosen... Very disappointed in any case.

I did receive my parcel but no news of confirmation of purchase (never received an email following online payment) and no feedback following contact via the appropriate form and therefore no response to my request after more than a week. Clearly there aren't many people in the back office... Too bad for them, I wanted to have their wholesale price to maybe start a professional contact.

I ordered 3 boxes of maple cookies that the kids didn't like: I 2 asked for a return for the 2 unopened boxes of cookies and this return was never processed: I received no follow-up from this sales site "Les Trésors d'Érable" so I stopped shopping on this site and it's a shame because their range of maple water is excellent.

The order went well, as did the delivery of the non-fresh products. On the other hand, the delivery of fresh products (€14 extra delivery) had a lot of trouble getting to my delivery address indicated on the order form. Delivered the 1st time, delivered to my home the 2nd time (wrong address given to the delivery company) even though I had asked for it at work. The person in charge of delivery was kind enough to call me to find out where he should deliver the 3rd time, which saved the goods from breaking the cold chain - phew!
