I have not received the correct items and still have no reply to my complaint.

I am satisfied with the delivery time but I received a product that is not what I ordered.

Hello, I have indeed received my order, with 2 disappointments, the 1st the 4 bottles of maple syrup in the shape of maple leaf which are "tiny" it is impossible for me to offer that to my friends and given the price, I should have taken the boxes, the 2nd, the batch of 5 boxes of maple leaf cookies, announced "celebration" and which are not, for the rest of my order is perfect. And what a pity that I received "no" reply from the Les Trésors d'Erable" site and so I'm going to wait a while to see if I get a reply before placing my new order.

Parcel arrived with two broken items ....

An expired product, reported immediately but no response from the after-sales service.

I was very disappointed by the maple candles, which I'd already tried and whose fragrance was great (maple and walnut scented) and which this time turned out to have a very different, sweet, unpleasant smell. I was so pleased the 1st time that this time I ordered a whole bunch... which I really regret. It's the same brand, but I suppose the fragrance must be different depending on the maples chosen... Very disappointed in any case.

I did receive my parcel but no news of confirmation of purchase (never received an email following online payment) and no feedback following contact via the appropriate form and therefore no response to my request after more than a week. Clearly there aren't many people in the back office... Too bad for them, I wanted to have their wholesale price to maybe start a professional contact.

The products are top notch. But I didn't receive the emails concerning the arrival of the parcel... I discovered that the parcel had been waiting for me for a long time when I started to worry...

Before we received a little discovery gift it was nice. The no 😭😭😭😂

This is the second time I have received AMBRÉ maple syrup when I ordered DORÉ syrup. Each time, the label says DORÉ goût DÉLICAT but in the box the syrup is AMBRÉ goût PRONONCÉ. We can no longer ignore the reality of this anomaly.

My parcel was hijacked and I was not informed of the cause.

Product does not correspond to the description on the order form: ordered 1 blueberry whisky sortilège...delivered 1 sortilège "wild blueberry liqueur". Please modify your description to avoid confusion. Complaint still unanswered to date....

The arrived products are so far ok, one bottle is missing, one can dented, one bottle partially leaked, possibly the fault of DHL, so far no feedback from Les Tresors d`Érable.

The parcel arrived smashed in point relay I refused it and ask you either for the refund or you send it back better packed Gls it is not of tender with the parcels

I ordered 3 boxes of maple cookies that the kids didn't like: I 2 asked for a return for the 2 unopened boxes of cookies and this return was never processed: I received no follow-up from this sales site "Les Trésors d'Érable" so I stopped shopping on this site and it's a shame because their range of maple water is excellent.

The order went well, as did the delivery of the non-fresh products. On the other hand, the delivery of fresh products (€14 extra delivery) had a lot of trouble getting to my delivery address indicated on the order form. Delivered the 1st time, delivered to my home the 2nd time (wrong address given to the delivery company) even though I had asked for it at work. The person in charge of delivery was kind enough to call me to find out where he should deliver the 3rd time, which saved the goods from breaking the cold chain - phew!

Maple Trees are unable to ensure proper delivery by their chosen carriers.

Hello. The person to whom I gave the gift, in this case my father for Father's Day, did not receive it in time. Delivery was 2 days late, so 2 stars down.

The product was as described, but I asked for a gift package which was not made and which I paid for and I had asked for the addition of a note which was not put all my displeasure.

One week instead of the proposed 24 hours 72 hours and although I paid to be delivered to my home I was forced to go pick up at the relay point really disappointed

Hello, disappointed with the taste, compared to the scent released the flavor of tea, instead of herbal tea and takes precedence over the taste of maple. The bags are full of dust, not pleasant to present.

I ordered a box set but did not receive the glasses

Order in 2 shipments. Groceries and frozen food. I had to wait a week to receive the frozen. No information before I asked. A problem with chronopost it seems.

One of the 2 boxes containing the bottles of whisky was damaged. It's a pity when you know that these are boxes that we want to offer and that the boxes are invoiced.

I ordered a nice box of Sortilège cream whiskey. Visually I was supposed to receive a beautiful black bottle with a maple leaf on it. At the reception I discover a banal bottle all black without leaf, box exploded fortunately the glasses were packed separately. This box was a gift to offer, I was really disappointed, I will not recommend.

Beautiful products that unfortunately are not readily available if you do not live in or near a major city.

Since a few months, the mention GOLDEN TASTE is no longer engraved on the box but replaced by a sticky label. Inside the syrup is BORNE with a pronounced taste that I like much less. I have the feeling to have been deceived. It is unpleasant.

Hello. I am quite happy with my order but I am still one to have received a batch of cookies with an expiration date so short. That is to say almost 1 month before eating the cookies. While I brought back 3 weeks ago from Canada, the same brand and they have an expiration date of several months.
