I order on this site for a specific brand of maple syrup. Not available individually... So I order the batch of 5 which is available. And the opening of the package I have a copy of the syrup that I ordered and 4 of another brand. Commercial manipulation, hello.

Big problem with the deliveryman GLS. My parcel went back to the supplier without me being informed (the supplier was not informed either!!) Great reactivity from Maple Treasures. The delivery was catastrophic, my package was not delivered to the delivery point I had chosen...I did not get my order in time for Christmas. I am very disappointed with the delivery company. If the delivery person is the same for a next order, I will think twice before ordering.

Always good products offered. A fast delivery. Just to note that it is a pity that the visual does not always correspond to the description, because it misleads the customer. (In other for the "blueberry paste"). It would be wise to pay attention to this to avoid any misunderstanding. E-mails remained unanswered, but the problem was solved by phone; i.e. waiting for reimbursement and reception of a new box .... for the 5 stars.

The maple sugar I ordered was ok, but the Sortilège "maple cream" (poor little sister to the "Coureur des bois" version) was not great at all. It was more like cream of bad whiskey washed down with water, flavored with a maple syrup *flavor* and not the real thing.

The product is perfect and would have justified the 5 stars. But the shipping was not a good experience. Having paid for a home delivery, the delivery man came right during the 2 hours of the week with no one at home and I had to go pick up the package in a store that was not very accessible (difficult parking). So if I had let him do it (delivery in a relay), I would have paid less for delivery and chosen a more easily accessible shop... so a not good customer experience at all. I probably could have chosen the delivery date (but I didn't see the feature, as with other delivery companies) and the delivery guy didn't come a second time. Are there any sites selling the same products with clearer delivery? I'll look into it.

The parcel was sent quickly but...one star less for a jar of unscrewed maple jelly that spilled into the parcel fortunately without touching too many other things....and a second star less because no way to arrange to have the jelly delivered again as it was out of stock.I had to ask if I could send the same jelly but with Espelette chillies which was the same price but I had no news... For an order of more than 230e.... a little effort of communication would have been appreciated. I'm very pleased with the quality of the product and the service.

Positive: Conforming products and fast shipping. Arrived on time. Negative: I asked for it to be a gift but paid for gift wrap unnecessarily as nothing was wrapped. The invoice with all the prices was sent to the person I was giving it to. And finally, I had written a little note (suggested by the site) which NEVER arrived. For the purchase of the poutine cheese you have to pay 20€ extra delivery and on top of that, it didn't arrive at the same time as the rest of the order... so the person had to be at home 2 days in a row otherwise, no delivery. In short, yes it was nice to offer products from Quebec but several things (for which I paid) are to be reviewed. It's a shame

wir können keine Geschenkverpackungen herstellen, da die meisten Produkte aus Glas sind und eine spezielle Verpackung haben müssen, um zu verhindern, dass die Produkte beim Transport zerbrechen. Aus diesem Grund werden Geschenktüten bereitgestellt. Für den Käse wird er ausschließlich tiefgefroren verschickt, um die Kühlkette zu erhalten, also nicht derselbe Spediteur wie für die Trockenprodukte.

The poor tracking of the carrier prevented me from placing an order for Christmas to avoid a delay in delivery and not having my order in time. I reported it by email to Trésors d'Erable without any answer.
