Maple water, my favorite drink!

I order regularly and am never disappointed, fast delivery, careful and quality products.

Had an issue with UPS for the delivery, I communicated with the maple treasures and requested a refund to place a new order. They did it without any problem. So I received my order by changing the carrier.

-the maple butter shortbread cookies were expired since 6/6/25 -the chocolate-covered blueberries were a large deformed and whitish mass with melted chocolate. I would never buy edibles again in this store

I ordered from the Les Trésors d'érable shop the Sortilège pack. Upon receipt at the relay point, one of the bottles had a pierced cap and was leaking: about a third of the content had spilled in the box. Impossible to make a reservation with UPS, but the problem seems to come from the packaging (box too loaded).

More than two weeks and still nothing received. You proposed firm UPS relays!!! I will not order again and I will not recommend the site to my relatives.

Everything went very well and the products are excellent

Bought the Sortilége Prestige, and while the product was out of stock at the time of purchase, the customer service were hasty to make sure that I was updated on when the product would be available and shipped. When it arrived, I was pleased with both the packaging and the product inside. A smooth and sweet liquor with a hint of vanilla aftertaste. I will be purchasing from this store in the future.

Despite a longer delivery time than expected, the chairs meet our expectations. They are sturdy and comfortable, a bit difficult to assemble.
