Hello Nelly, we acknowledge your message. As you live in Guadeloupe, the customs administration indeed requires you, as a buyer, to pay the sea tax. However, your order has been invoiced without taxes on our side (VAT at 0%), in accordance with the legislation. Unfortunately, we cannot intervene on the customs fees that are then requested from you! We wish you a nice day, The Green Sheep Team

I have experimented with the beads for carafes and kettles and I am very satisfied with the result for both. As a result, I am saving on water bottles and kettle descalers. I highly recommend.
