Pay attention to check the number of beads per bag. One of the two bags I ordered only had 14 ceramic beads

Response from Les Verts Moutons
Hello Marie, we are sincerely sorry for this inconvenience. We advise you to thoroughly clean the carafe and at the same time boil the beads and then let them dry in the sun. This should restore their proper functioning, depending on the quality of the water 15 beads/liter are sufficient in 95% of cases. Do not hesitate to keep us informed: [email protected] Best regards

I love these little porcelain pearls. In my fridge, they keep my fruits and vegetables longer, the tap water no longer smells of chlorine and my laundry is softer. Here the water is very hard and the pearls prevent it from settling in the bottles and kettle. It's a bit expensive, but it's very good

The ceramic pearls do their job against limescale, I am delighted! No plastic inside the package, that’s nice too :)
