Quality yarn. I really like Lidia's tutorials but the delivery is really deplorable. Only assured by DPD. 2 weeks of waiting and delivery still not arrived. Rescheduled deliveries not respected despite calling DPD headquarters.

I ordered white baby yarn but when I received it, it was cream. I am disappointed and the carrier announced a delivery day, I received it 3 days later.

The wool seems to be of good quality but the proposed models lack explanations, for example, used stitches and difficulty level.

Some colors literally change from one dye lot to another. I understand there can be a slight difference, but in the case of enchanted cotton no. 302, it's the color that is different!

The cotton cakes are not of good quality. The threads split, there are knots.

I was disappointed twice. The first time by the thickness of the cotton, and the second time the color batches were not the same as the previous order.
